Your journey with Hyde Bank Farm begins with a personal venue tour, where you can explore our barns, gardens and grounds and start to picture how your wedding day could take shape. The tour is led by one of our wedding coordinators, Mandy or Susie Blackhurst, who will be on hand to answer questions and guide you through the venue.
Their experienced, hands-on approach means that every detail is carefully planned in advance. They will talk through your ideas, answer any questions, and offer guidance based on how other weddings have been beautifully arranged at Hyde Bank Farm, so that when your wedding day arrives, everything runs seamlessly and you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.
During the visit, you’ll receive a brochure highlighting our packages, menus, and optional extras, as well as a curated list of our recommended suppliers to help inspire your plans and bring your wedding vision to life.
A Typical Wedding Day at Hyde Bank Farm
Morning Arrivals
One side of the wedding party arrives with their guests and is warmly welcomed by our team. They are guided to take their seats in the ceremony room while the other side of the wedding party prepares for their arrival.
Ceremony Entrance
When the second side arrives, they meet with the registrar for the legal proceedings. Mandy and Susie organise the procession and ensure that the wedding party enters the ceremony room at a calm, well-paced moment when everyone is ready.
Post-Ceremony Celebrations
After the ceremony, you are greeted with a glass of bubbles and given a few quiet moments together, while your photographer arranges your guests for a confetti shot. Then it’s time to mingle with your guests and capture some beautiful photographs around the farm.
Wedding Breakfast
When guests are called to the wedding breakfast, a loved one announces your entrance. Our friendly front of house team serves a delicious meal, followed by speeches using the PA system so everyone can enjoy the words being shared.
Evening Celebrations
As evening guests arrive, the celebrations continue with cake cutting, your first dance, and plenty of dancing. The evening buffet is served individually to guests by our team, so the party never needs to pause.
End of the Day
At midnight, it’s time for carriages. You won’t need to worry about collecting everything on the night, as items can be collected the following day. The day ends with memories to treasure and a restful night after celebrating your amazing wedding at Hyde Bank Farm.
