Tracey

With 13 wedding seasons under her belt, Tracey’s culinary journey began whilst working as an assistant manager at a restaurant when she discovered her passion for the kitchen during training. Tracey’s favourite aspect of wedding catering is preparing desserts, revelling in the opportunity to craft sweet indulgences that leave a lasting impression.

In menu development, Tracey focuses on creating dishes she would enjoy at a wedding while also considering the preferences of couples and their guests. She takes pride in customising menus, especially for the bride and groom, to ensure a personalised dining experience.

Dave

Having been a chef for 26 years, Dave brings a wealth of experience and culinary expertise to every menu he develops.When it comes to menu development, Dave’s approach is to create dishes he would enjoy, along with considering the preferences of large groups.

Dave’s favourite part of crafting wedding menus is seeing the final result of complex dishes, particularly his beloved chicken with mozzarella. Despite its intricate components, witnessing the dish come together brings him immense satisfaction.
